As a TechLead, I lead the development of technical solutions that address business needs in the creation of products and pricing for the Business-to-Business (B2B) segment.

The main functions of the position are:

1) Detecting and managing the needs for tools and products.

2) Support and follow-up in the management of Corporate Tools, acting as a liaison between Demand and Prices and Digital Solutions Iberia (DSI).

3) Analysis, design, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the departmental tools for Demand and Prices.

4) Managing the DevTeam (staffing, planning, development tracking, budgets, etc).

5) Analysis, optimization, and automation of Demand and Prices processes.

6) Participation in cross-company projects representing Demand and Prices.

To be able to perform the above functions with a deep and expert understanding of the energy marketing business, these functions are combined with:

1) Calculation and preparation of offers and contracts for B2B clients. Using pricing tools to calculate customized offers, and generating and recording offers and contracts in corporate systems.

2) Comparing products according to each client's needs, monitoring and analyzing competition, simulating alternatives, and evaluating the best option for each client.

3) Attention, follow-up, and training of the B2B sales force.

4) Collaboration with the B2B team in any other tasks related to the day-to-day support of the sales force, calculation and generation of offers and contracts, negotiation tracking, use of commercial systems, incident correction, etc.

During my internship as a TechLead, I actively participated in the development of a product for advising and serving large clients (B2B), including pre-sales management and post-sales services.

Based on this, I had to make decisions, analyze business requirements, act as a liaison between the business and the development team, supervise the budget, design system integrations, participate in database modeling, automate processes, and manage incidents.

I also participated, within an 'agile' multidisciplinary team, in the definition, planning, and production launch of an application for issuing recommendations for customer renewal and acquisition.

Additionally, I worked on defining and building a framework that allows the models department to reduce the integration time of their models with the systems. It also offers the ability to control the execution of all models through a digital portal, automatically or manually, providing an ideal work environment for developing future integrations.

I attended this campus at the end of the first year of high school, sponsored by the Ministry of Education and Science of Spain and the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology, after being selected among students from all over Spain based on my academic record.
